Subscription Ticket Exchange for the 2024 Season

Ticket exchange fees are waived for subscribers. Tickets may only be exchanged one time per production, are subject to availability, and must be requested at least 72 hours before the original performance date.

By Phone

Please call (212) 933-5812, Monday–Friday from 10:00am–6:00pm with your name, two alternate performance dates for the tickets you would like to exchange in order of preference, seating location requests, and a method of payment for any additional charges or credits. Print at Home e-tickets will be voided and new tickets will be issued to the email address we have on file for you. Tickets held at the box office will be available for pick up under the name of the subscriber on the day of the performance.

Waived Facility Fees

Facility fees are waived for all season subscribers.
